Invoicing
Dial-Gate comes with a sophisticated built-in billing module which tabulates the charges for a given invoicing period, including any applicable taxes and unpaid balances.
Payment Processing
Customer payments can be managed directly via Dial-Gate Softswitch’s web interface. Credit limits can be set for individual customer; once an account owner reaches the imposed credit limit, Dial-Gate will temporarily block the his or her ability to make calls until the unpaid balance is settled.
Data Export
Dial-Gate’s billing module allows owners to export invoices, CDRs and customer profiles to external files in both Microsoft Excel and .CSV format. The files can then be conveniently stored or transfered to an external accounting system.
