Overview of Hosted PBX Billing Server Components
The HERO Hosted PBX billing platform was developed specifically for operators, carriers and solution providers who deliver VoIP services to businesses and residential customers. The billing platform provides owners with a number of flexible options to help manage their customers and maintain a high ROI.
Billing Plans
HERO Hosted PBX allows you to group phone services together into a single entity, which can then be assigned to subscribers. This service allows HERO owners to offer service bundles in a variety of flavors to suit their clients’ preferences.
Payment Processing
Customer payments can be managed directly via the HERO Hosted PBX web interface. Credit limits can be set for individual customer; once an account owner reaches the imposed credit limit, HERO will temporarily block the his or her ability to make calls until the unpaid balance is settled.
Invoicing
HERO Hosted PBX comes with a sophisticated built-in billing module which tabulates the charges for a given invoicing period, including any applicable taxes and unpaid balances.
Data Export
HERO’s billing module allows owners to export invoices, CDRs and customer profiles to external files in both Microsoft Excel and .CSV format. The files can then be conveniently stored or transfered to an external accounting system.
Service Items
Like Billing plans, service items enhance the HERO owners’ invoicing options with their customers. There are no limits to the number of service items which can be created or assigned to customers, and such items can be billed monthly or as one-time fees, at the discretion of the HERO owner.
