Dial-Office Components & Modules 
Dial-Office is comprised of several integral components; the SIP Proxy, Registrar, & Presence server Dial-Manager and the SIP IVR server Dial-Media.  These components allow real-time communication over IP networks and enable features such as seamless voicemail and media services (call park, call relay, presence) and an IVR for voicemail and auto attendant.   Also included are the Dial-Office database and an easy-to-use OA&M web interface. Dial Console and Dial Com are two dynamic softphone  components that can be used as a substitute for a SIP IP Phone or an FXS.  Innovative add-on modules will provide the enterprise with everything required to ensure the highest quality customer service. These include enhanced calling features such as ACD and integrated voicemail, call relay (RTP and STUN) services, and failover support.  Fully interoperable with the industry’s leading VoIP gateways, IP Phones, and IP telephony equipment; this enterprise PBX easily integrates with legacy TDM and IP networks. Its comprehensive design exceeds the requirements for TDM PBX replacement by an IP PBX.
