All-purpose SIP softphone and messaging application

Dial-Com is an innovative SIP softphone and instant messaging application for users of enterprise networks and VoIP vendors. Simple to install and easy to use, Dial-Com provides a PC alternative to IP phones and telephone adapters. Dial-Com allows its users to:
- Register with any SIP-compliant IP PBX or VoIP vendor
- Work remotely while still being connected to the company’s IP PBX
- Exchange instant messages with other Dial-Com users
- Have multiple user accounts running at the same time
- Work with any full-duplex sound card or USB sound device

Dial-Com gives its users all the same telephony functionalities that come with traditional IP phones and more. It can be installed on computers running Windows XP, Vista, or 7.Dial-Com Lite

 

 

DIAL-COM Lite
This version of Dial-com is free and contains all of the following basic features:

* Two-way communication – Send and receive calls between Dial-Com and other phones and softphones.
* Instant messaging with other Dial-Com users.
* Large Dial-pad with special buttons:
-Dial
-Hang up
-Hold
-Auto answer
-Do Not Disturb

Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) – Single-click voice mail recovery through voice mail prefix setup
* Current call status display – Caller ID, elapsed time, CODEC used
* Microphone and speaker setup
* Redial numbers
* Calls logs – Received, sent, and missed calls
* Contact List management
* Group management
* Supported CODECs – G.711 µ-Law, G.711 A-Law, GSM, Speex, iLBC


Dial-Com Pro

The commercial version of Dial-Com contains all the basic features as well as the following ones:

-Record conversation
-Conference – Supports up to 4 people in a conference
-Transfer

* Up to 3 lines supported
* Presence status display and modification
* Contact list presence status monitoring
* Dial-ACD agent status display
