| Types of Billing Accounts Available
Dial-AAA manages many diverse types of billing accounts, providing multiple business options with enormous growth potential. These billing accounts include:
Prepaid and postpaid accounts – Dial-AAA can process transactions for prepaid and postpaid accounts that make call-through and call-back type calls. With prepaid accounts, the system keeps track of the balance, reducing it according to the calling usage. With postpaid accounts, calls made are tracked and then charged on a monthly basis.
IP Tone subscribers – IP Tone subscribers (broadband customers) can be set up with billing plans that group a bunch of services together under one flat monthly rate. Any calls made outside a billing plan or on top of the minutes included in the plan are charged separately.
Call shops – Dial-AAA has a specific module for call shop owners who need a powerful and centralized billing system to manage their customers’ outgoing calls. The call shop module has a web interface that displays a real-time view of the call shop booths in operation and allows for the instant generation of invoices.
SIP trunking – If service providers partner with each other or with carriers to exchange call termination, they will find a specific account type in Dial-AAA for that. This account type allows for the assignment of rate tables to specific call routes, enabling Dial-AAA to authenticate and authorize routed calls and record their detail for billing purposes.
Agents and Resellers – Agents and resellers are 2nd and 3rd tier accounts, respectively, with their own distinct web accounts. They can have their own customers and be able to offer them Dial-AAA services, without the expense of owning any equipment, but any profits made are shared with the Dial-AAA owner.
