Day one:
• Welcome and presentation of Training Agenda
• Introduction to VoIP
• Analyzing SIP and RTP packets using live capturing software
• Introduction to Dial-Office, its web interfaces, Dial-Manager and demo calls
• Introduction to Dial-Media

Day two:
• Introduction to Dial-Office IP PBX services and demo of services
• Installation of Dial-Office and running its install wizard –and Sanity check
• Setting up multiple IP PBX systems and displaying IP to IP and IP to PSTN calls through domain-to-domain routing.
• Introduction to Gateways
• Setting & Configuration (FXO/FXS & T1/E1)
• Review and conclusion
