Zohair Chentouf holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also Associate Professor at the Computer and Electrical Engineering Department, University of Sherbrooke. His industrial experience includes VoIP technology, systems engineering, and software design with special focus on service architecturing. In the past, he conducted research in the field of telecommunications feature interactions. He has authored many peer-reviewed articles in this area. Dr. Chentouf joined Dialexia in 2004.
